Itay Banayan is a highly accomplished real estate finance professional with a passion for new technology and innovation. With an MBA from NYU-Stern School of Business, Banayan has a vast experience in investment banking, real estate M&A, asset level and corporate level financial strategy, real estate finance, lease negotiations of large commercial spaces, strategic planning, and strategic corporate communication.

Banayan has worked with Melisron LTD as Chief Business Development Officer, and in the past, he has held the position of VP Real Estate and Projects at Mindspace.me, Director of finance and capital markets at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, Vice President of Capital Markets at ProMed Properties and Gazit Group USA, and Investment Banking – Real Estate and Lodging Group at Citigroup Global Markets. He has also worked as a Senior Analyst in Real Estate Finance at Phoenix Capital LLC and as a Research Assistant - Intern at Bank of Israel – Research Department.

In addition to his expert-level proficiency in Excel, Argus, SNL, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Factset, Capital IQ, VBA, Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom, Banayan also enjoys photography and off-road travels. He is inspired by nature, space, the universe and his kids.
