James Noblitt, an experienced consultant with over 10 years of professional experience and 28 years of industry know-how, brings to the table a perfect amalgamation of hands-on experience and an in-depth background in best practices. With his broad range of experience, spanning across industries like manufacturing, distribution, insurance, consumer goods, automotive, supplements, electronics and much more, Noblitt has worked with both large Fortune 500 enterprises and small entrepreneurial businesses.

A Bachelor of Science graduate in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, Noblitt has been instrumental in building operational departments from the ground up, minimizing costs and improving operational efficiency. He has held senior management roles in procurement, operations management, materials management, IT management, and has made significant contributions in reducing costs through maximizing indirect operations efficiency.

Besides his industry tenure, Noblitt has also worked with several large and small consulting firms like Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, and Divine, where he has used proven methodologies and best practices to optimize performance in various areas of the organization, including manufacturing, supply-chain, procurement, production control, IT, PMO and project management. With his expertise and skills, Noblitt has helped companies improve their operations through the use of information systems to integrate operations, reduce costs, and improve performance. He has managed a wide range of projects, including ERP system implementations, post-merger consolidations, and relocation of manufacturing operations.

Currently, the Owner of TTilbon, LLC, Noblitt has previously worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Pinnacle of Indiana, a Principal at Cornerstone Edge, LLC, an Sr. Director at MorphoTrust USA. He has also worked as an Sr. Consultant (Practice Manager) at Baden Manufacturing Solutions, LLC, a Sr. Manager at divine, Inc (Formerly Whittman Hart), and Manager at Ernst & Young. Earlier in his career, Noblitt was a Manager of Material Control, Production Control, and IT at CTS Corporation.
