Todd Collins is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in administration, finance, marketing, and real estate. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Political Science and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, both from the University of Delaware. Todd's career has seen him in numerous leadership roles that have exposed him to different aspects of business operations.

In his current role as a Commercial Insurance Agent, Todd has honed his expertise in assets recovery, benefits administration, customer relations, file management, policy analysis, recruiting, and strategic planning. As a former Business Development Manager with the City of Allentown, Todd developed his skills in administration, council, database administration, personnel, research, and staff training.

Todd is a visionary leader who is passionate about staff development, marketing, and meeting facilitation. His time with the Brandywine Village Civic Association and the Greater Wilmington Urban Young Life Committee, where he was a Vice-President and Co-Chair respectively, has given him excellent communication skills and strategic planning expertise.

His interests include publishing, photography, travel, and reading.
