Brian Janes is a seasoned professional with a vast background in product and operations management, digital content production, and distribution. He is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product & Operations at pocket.watch, where he spearheads the building-out of the company's OTT network infrastructure while ensuring the implementation of systems and technical solutions that improve efficiency. In addition, he managed to grow pocket.watch's post-production department, crafting its systems and processes, leading to the production of several shows, including the Ultimate Mishmash series and the pocket.watch YouTube channel, among others.

Brian is a YouTube Certified expert, a published photographer, and a proficient problem solver, committed to helping people tell their stories by producing, growing, and distributing audiences for digital entertainment content. In his previous roles, he guided the implementation of digital strategy across multiple OTT platforms, sourced, developed, implemented, and launched the Endemol Beyond's first video platform, led the production and post-production of artist interviews, and designed and documented different processes and workflows.

Brian Janes has a Bachelor of Music, Classical Music Composition from Wheaton College, and his expertise lies in defining and implementing digital strategies, guiding operations and product development, digital content production, and distribution.
