Becky Klein is a seasoned professional with a unique blend of experience in executive search and arts management.

She started her career at SpencerStuart before becoming a partner and Managing Partner at Phillips Oppenheim.

Becky has conducted searches for a wide array of arts, advocacy, social justice, and social service organizations, along with foundations, across the United States and internationally.

Prior to her work in executive search, she excelled as a freelance theatrical stage manager, working with renowned organizations such as The Public Theatre, Yale Repertory Theatre, and the Santa Fe Opera.

Becky holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Brandeis University and is actively involved in the Jewish Foundation for Education of Women.
