Eugenia O'Kelly is a skilled design engineer and researcher with a diverse and accomplished background in medical and human factors engineering. A PhD candidate in Engineering at the University of Cambridge, O'Kelly is a specialist in studying the impact of system factors on latent risk in healthcare operations. She has a certificate in Managerial Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BA in Science, Technology, and Society with a focus on software and product design from Stanford University, where she boasted a GPA of 3.9/4.0. Additionally, O'Kelly participated in the Stanford Bing Overseas Studies Program, studying Japanese language, 3D graphics, and automation at Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan.

Previously, O'Kelly served as the Research and Development Project Manager at NSIN - National Security Innovation Network and as the CEO & Medical Technology Consultant at EOK Consulting.
