Bryan Armentrout is a food safety professional and founder of The Food Leadership Group. He has an impressive educational background, having studied at Adams State University, Bovine University, and University of Wyoming, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Physiology. Throughout his career, Bryan has held senior positions at respected companies in the food and beverage industry, including Eurofins, Boulder Brands, CSC Sugar, Lactalis American Group, and WhiteWave Foods. He is also a published author, having written about the importance of mindset in management.
Bryan is a champion of the idea that food safety is not a competitive issue, and believes that collaboration and shared learning are key to achieving higher standards across the industry. With this in mind, he created The Food Safety Foundation, a safe and confidential space for food safety professionals to connect and help each other.
