With a passion for continuous improvement and expanding his education, Tim has studied at Portland Community College, Oregon State University, and Portland State University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Post-Baccalaureate Accounting Certificate.
Tim's professional experience includes roles such as Senior Intern for Vision Business Services at MERIT NW, Compliance Associate at First Tech Federal Credit Union, Staff Auditor at Oregon Secretary of State Audits Division, and Technical Support Coordinator at Mentor Graphics. Additionally, Tim has worked in customer support at GE Enterprise Solutions and technical services at AT&T Broadband Telephony, demonstrating his ability to adapt to diverse roles and industries, and manage high-stress situations with ease.
Tim's interests include business, economics, governance, law, leadership, politics, and public policy. He is actively involved in various organizations, co-chairing the Advisory Board at PSU's Campus Rec Center, serving on the Judicial Review Board for ASPSU, and representing ASPSU on the Faculty Senate Budget Committee. Tim is also a tenor with the University Choir and enjoys participating in the Civic Engagement Leadership Fellows program.
