Dan Kozikowski is the Partner and Head of Platform at FirstMark Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. He is responsible for the post-investment support of FirstMark's portfolio companies by connecting them with industry partners and customers, providing job opportunities, and offering tools and resources to help accelerate their growth. Dan is also part of the team that organizes four anchor events for the New York tech ecosystem, which counts over 25,000 members.

Before joining FirstMark, Dan had an extensive experience in business development and management in the tech industry, where he served in different roles at EnerNOC and Transmitive. He holds a BA in Computer Science and Philosophy from Dartmouth College.
