Ross Stapleton-Gray is a versatile and accomplished individual with extensive experience in the fields of information technology, cybersecurity, and policy. He has worked in various roles in federal government, education, and commercial sectors, including as an intelligence officer, a principal investigator, and a school district trustee. Ross has also founded his own company, Stapleton-Gray & Associates, Inc., and worked as a consulting advisor for various businesses, including Linguastat and Cataphora. He is a skilled writer and thinker who can effectively navigate the intricacies of coding and policy implications of the programs.

Ross has a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, a BA in Computer Science/Russian Lang. & Lit. from the University of Michigan, and a Russian Language Certificate from the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
