Lara Lara is an experienced strategic advisor in the fields of venture capital, institutional investment management and entrepreneurship. With over 15 years of experience working with venture capital funds, endowments, foundations and family offices, Lara is an expert in creating systems-level solutions to tackle the greatest challenges of the 21st century.

Lara focuses on the care for the aging, longevity and future of work, and is currently advising Pivotal Ventures caregiving program investments. She partners with investors, entrepreneurs, researchers, and philanthropists to create these solutions.

Lara has a strong educational background, studying Improv Comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade and earning a B.S. degree from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management & S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
