Tewanda Palmer is a highly experienced radiography professional with expertise in general and orthopedic X-ray exams. With a Bachelor's degree in Radiology from Florida Hospital College of Health Science and an Associates of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology/Science from Triton College, Palmer has a wide range of skills in radiography. In addition, she holds a Certificate in MRI and has several years of experience in Interventional Radiology technology at institutions like UChicago Medicine and Saint Anthony Hospital. Palmer's professional experience also includes an internship in Gottlieb Hospital and West Suburban Hospital, Preventative Medicine Tech, and Environmental Officer Assistant at Cook County Department of Public Health.

In addition to her work in radiography, Palmer has experience as an Audio and Vision Technician, Audio and Vision Technician at M3 Medical Management, and a Security Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has also served in the US Army Reserves and the US Naval Hospital as Preventative Medicine Tech and as a Preventive Medicine Specialist.
