Obadya Ray Shaguri is a global young leader with an impressive background. He studied Mass Communication and Journalism at St. Mary's College and pursued Mathematics and Computer Science in his senior school at P. Obul Reddy School. He obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration & Marketing from Loyola Academy, as well as a Master's Degree in Global Public Policy from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Obadya has held several positions in different organizations. He was formerly a senior proposal writer at Ryan and is currently the lead proposal writer. He has also held several other positions, such as climate reality leader at The Climate Reality Project, co-founder, visionary & chairperson at LA MUN, and branding committee chairperson at Ryan. Obadya was also a world scholar at EAN - WORLD CONGRESS, and he served as the Indian Ambassador at Global Student Leaders Cooperation. Furthermore, he was the president at Indian Student Parliament, moderator at RANEPA Summer Campus, business development intern at Invilogic Software, and sports journalist at Deccan Chronicle Holdings ltd.

For his outstanding achievements in various fields, Obadya has been recognized as a global young leader. He is an expert in human resources, policy development, and marketing, which he has developed through his studies and work experience. He has also demonstrated a keen interest in climate change and has worked with organizations to raise awareness about the issue. Obadya is a skilled communicator, having served as a political journalist at Sakshi TV & News Paper and as a marketing and communications intern at South State Business School.
