S. Krishnamurthy, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit consultancy, audits, and management consulting, has a rich and varied background that spans across multiple disciplines. He is an accomplished accountant and company secretary with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Loyola College in Chennai, India.

Mr. Krishnamurthy is a former Senior Partner at G. Natesan & Co., Chartered Accountants, and President & CEO of Aacharana Business Services P Ltd, SmartKapital, and CRMOrbitindia P ltd. Additionally, he was the Founder Partner of S V Krishnamurthy & Co., Chartered Accountants. He has worked with several multinational clients such as Citibank and the GE Group. Krishnamurthy co-founded Professional Management Consultants P ltd, which he successfully exited by selling to Sundaram Business Services, a Sundaram ( $3B) group company, and Asirvad MF, acquired by Manappuram Finance in 2015.

Mr. Krishnamurthy is also active in the startup community as an advisor to several startups and a member of Keiretsu Forum, Chennai & Singapore. He co-founded Micello Mobile Services Inc, a startup in the mobile indoor mapping space, which was sold to HERE.com in 2018. Krishnamurthy currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at Vajro, a company that provides mobile commerce solutions, and was formerly a Strategic Advisor & Member of the Board at Swirepay, a payment gateway startup.

Krishnamurthy's passion lies in social community projects that create employment opportunities and entrepreneurship possibilities in the primary healthcare, empowerment projects, and education sectors. He has studied Fellow Member (FCS), Corporate & Taxation Laws at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and Independent Director Proficiency, Corporate Law at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
