Jon Hillis is an accomplished and driven Executive in Residence at Reforge, a former Founder of Cabin, and an experienced Product Director in the e-commerce space. Hillis studied Political Science and Environmental Studies at Carleton College, where he received Distinction in Majors. He has held various roles in different industries throughout his career, and his achievements include co-founding Discoverboard and Scouts for Equality. Hillis has also been a Summer Fellow for the Rocky Mountain Institute and served as National Chief and National Committees for the Boy Scouts of America.

Hillis's professional experience revolves around product management, operations management, and logistics operations in the e-commerce industry. He was formerly Director of Product, Shoppers & Marketplace and Group Product Manager, Shoppers at Instacart, where he also served as Senior Product Manager for Availability and Product Manager for Shopper Growth and Performance Marketing. Hillis has also held operations management positions for McMaster-Carr. As an Executive in Residence at Reforge, Hillis provides mentorship to product leaders to help them elevate their skills and achieve their goals.
