Shelbra Brinkman

Shelbra Brinkman is a talented and experienced strategist in the field of talent management, organization development, and leadership development. She also specializes in change management, organization design, executive coaching, HiPo development, marketing, and communications. A graduate of Michigan State University, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and the University of Southern California, Shelbra has worked for leading companies like Kaiser Permanente, T-Mobile, Microsoft, and Experian. At these organizations, she honed her skills as a creative problem solver, an idea generator, a leader, and a consolidator of data and ideas. She and her team at Kaiser Permanente received the "Talent Management of the Year" award from SHRM in Orange County for their innovative work that drove business results. Shelbra's passion for working across organizational boundaries and her curiosity about different industries have taken her to 25 countries and counting. She currently works as a Sr. Consultant at Unify Consulting and was previously an Organizational & Leadership Consultant at The Montage Group.
