Today I play a key role in the investment team where I:
-       Source and screen potential investment opportunities on behalf of our investor collective, Agera Venture 1
-       Manage the due diligence process (research and analysis, deal-structuring, analysis of business plans, valuation, team DD, investment recommendations, and preparation of transaction documents and supporting materials)
-       Work closely alongside company founders across the portfolio providing strategic and analytical support
-       Implement (together with Case Lead) tailor-made growth programs including strategic            planning, go-to-market conceptualization, case modeling, financial & KPI reporting, OKR framework development, capability reviews, staffing, and project-based assistance
-       Exercise active ownership post-program completion and board participation
-       Manage external accelerator programs for Agera (on behalf of foundations and industry clusters), tailor content, share best practice, and coach early phase companies.
-       Execute firm-wide initiatives and manage the day-to-day operations for the accelerator and investment company
-       Provide support to the Partners in all investor relations activities and board meetings
-       Represent Agera Venture at industry events and managing external communications

The Agera Group was founded in 2016 with a dual mission to accelerate scale-ups on their growth journey (Agera Venture) and to accelerate established businesses through innovation consulting (Agera Consulting). This hybrid design builds a bridge and actively explores synergies between innovative scale-ups and established corporations. Responsibilities include the establishment and development of an energy sector-related program and an investor program at Oslo Science Park. The role was focused on identifying new markets, partners and potential new roles Oslo Science Park can fill in the innovation ecosystem.

With an attendance record of over 1500 participants in 2017 Cutting Edge affirmed its position as the biggest event during Oslo Innovation Week attracting most media attention out of 70 events three years in a row.
