Justin Barss is a passionate and accomplished community leader, consultant, and advisor with a diverse background in nonprofit management, social services, and technology. Justin started his career by spearheading a nonprofit that helped families and children in his community. From there, he went on to work in various roles, including accounts receivable, customer service, community development, and urban lumberjacking.

With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Justin learned to see nonprofits, systems, and faith through different eyes. In 2012, he transitioned to a career in technology consulting, using his prior experience to guide and support clients in achieving success. Justin has held various leadership roles at Now IT Matters, a technology consulting firm, including Senior Consultant and Director of Sales, and has helped develop staff, coach executives, and shape infrastructures.
