Courtney Rapé is a highly accomplished general manager with vast experience in marketing, management, and sales. With a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, Rapé has held several leadership positions, both in the government and consumer packaged goods industry.

Rapé's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where she served as a Basic Officer, Platoon Commander, Executive Officer, and Officer Selection Officer. After leaving the Marines, she joined SC Johnson, where she worked in various roles, including Brand Management Intern, Assistant Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, Brand Manager for Raid® North America, and Senior National Sales Manager. Currently, she works as the Marketing Director for Pest Control and Shoe Care in Southeast Asia at SC Johnson.
