Julie Neale is a life and leadership coach, founder, and CEO of Mother's Quest, a venture that provides inspiration, coaching, and community to help mothers and those who work with young people fulfill their unique purpose, connect to support and resources, and strive to live their best lives. She has an educational background in City Planning, Community Development from UC Berkeley and a BA in Communication Studies from UCLA. Julie's passion for empowering and inspiring others has driven her for over 20 years, serving youth-serving non-profit organizations in leadership positions. Through coaching and facilitating the process of reflection for youth development professionals, she realized that mothers and those who mother need opportunities and resources to reflect on their own growth, dreams, and plans. Her expertise in leadership, coaching, and community development has been instrumental in creating meaningful connections for mothers, especially during the pandemic. Julie writes about parenting and transformative experiences, hosts the Mother's Quest Podcast, and is an avid practitioner of yoga and meditation.
