Noa Kageyama
Noa Kageyama is a licensed sport and performance psychologist with a unique background in music performance. From the age of two, Kageyama trained to become a professional violinist, which taught her valuable skills in discipline, focus, and determination. Her plans changed when she went to The Juilliard School and discovered performance psychology. Now, Kageyama focuses on taking what researchers know about optimal performance in athletes and applying it to musicians and other performers. She has a blog called "The Bulletproof Musician," where she shares insights and tips on performance psychology. Kageyama holds a Master of Music in Violin Performance from The Juilliard School, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oberlin College, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
