Kat Hebden is an accomplished Managing Director and BAFTA nominated Executive Producer with a wide range of experience across drama, factual and entertainment programming. She has also held executive positions at some of the biggest global brands in broadcast, such as Syco Entertainment, FremantleMedia, and ITV Studios. Kat is passionate about supporting diversity and young talent in the media industry and has sat on the advisory board at NFTS. Her educational background includes a Joint Honours MA in Film and Television, Theatre Studies from the University of Glasgow.

Kat's expertise spans across development, digital strategy, production, and management, having successfully run digital portfolios for high-level talent such as Got Talent and X Factor. Her diverse skillset includes being a former Senior Producer and Digital Exec at The Voice UK, The X Factor Series 9, and The Voice Series 2, and a former Series Producer and Development Producer at Shed Media Group. Kat is committed to mentoring young talent and supporting Action for Children and Mama Youth by participating in mentoring schemes.
