He has held different executive positions, including Executive Vice President at Arrive Logistics, SVP Corporate Development at Arrive Logistics, EVP, Logistics at Bay and Bay Transportation, Director of Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives at General Mills, Vice President Supply Chain at General Mills Canada, and Director of Distribution at General Mills. Eric has also worked as a Business Development manager at Nistevo and held several positions in Operations, Sales, and Recruiting at Schneider National.

Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Olaf College and studied at Edina High School.
