The Behavioural Innovations Team at UCL is a student-led group of behavioural scientists with a shared passion for applying behavioural science to improve the world around us. Rosemary has established the communications and marketing department and is now focusing on projects and events to improve career development for UCL students. She is also consulting on projects related to clean energy in collaboration with other departments and students.

Three Wheels United Foundation is a Not-For-Profit Headquartered in Bangalore, India. TWUF supports the Three Wheels United Group company. TWUF has a mission to improve the livelihoods of auto rickshaw drivers and their families.TWUF provides drivers the tools they need to succeed, such as through: Community building and engagement, training and support, research and pilots, programmes for the most vulnerable.

Three Wheels United is a social enterprise based in Bangalore, India helping auto-rickshaw drivers own and operate and electric vehicle. The organisation uses behavioural science, innovative technology, and tailored financing to provide a triple bottom line solution. When Rosemary first joined the organisation her focus was on projects targeting women, aiming to provide life-changing solutions to this population.Beside these gender-focused projects, she also acted as head of BD where she primarily focused on Global fundraising. Rosemary was successful in raising equity, grants, and debt for the organisation and played a large role in receiving many recognitions including our acceptance into the Techstars accelerator.

Impulse is an undergraduate journal for neuroscience research that was at the time based on Appalachian State University's campus. My main role was reviewing journal entries, providing revisions, and supporting the process of submission.

Rosemary worked for the Office of International Education Development mainly with students interested in studying abroad and students returning from abroad. Her greatest motivation was encouraging students to choose to travel to less developed countries, as she believes it is an effective way to increase peoples global mindedness and empower people to make more sustainable choices. She spoke in small and large groups of students, parents, and faculties about the importance of international education and directed workshops for prospective students, and returning students.

Rosemary started this organization to unite people on the Appalachian State University's campus interested in neuroscience.  The organization conducts outreach events on Appalachian State University's campus and in the local Boone area.
