Mohammad Shaikh is a highly accomplished project manager with over 16 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and ERP implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Karachi and an MBA from Northeastern Illinois University. Shaikh has worked in various well-known organizations like Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture, DART, Excellus BCBS, and many more.

Shaikh has shown a flawless strategic planning experience and expertise in Information Technology, including ERP, BI Implementation, server implementation, prioritizing, and completing projects. He is a master of vendor management, process improvement, root cause analysis, change management, scope management, contracts management, and risk analysis & readiness. Shaikh can understand business and delivery demands in relation to timeline specifications, which allows him to provide the best solutions.

Shaikh expertise also includes cross-functional leadership, software deployment, training & development, SharePoint management. He is also a master in Agile Methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, and Waterfall Methodologies along with Microsoft Office Suite, Infor CloudSuite Supply Management, and Infor CloudSuite Finance.
