Grzegorz Dybus has over two decades of experience in various roles at Profim, overseeing a wide range of departments and functions, from logistics and production to quality control and supply chain management. Dybus played critical roles in the implementation of ERP systems, quality controls, and lean methodologies featuring aspects of 5S, TPM, SMED, and 6sigma. He has also actively managed construction projects, instrumenting new technology, and machinery in various departments. Dybus is also an accomplished auditor, including environmental, OSH, and APICS audits. Dybus is now the CEO/COO of Miranda Textiles, where he oversees a diverse set of textile products.
