Green is the Director of Transformation at Yum! Brands, where she has held various legal positions in the company, including Director of Franchise Counsel and Director of Real Estate Counsel at KFC US. She has also held multiple positions as Director, Sr. Manager, and Manager of Corporate Counsel at Yum! Brands, Vice President and Counsel, Corporate Secretary Americas at Credit Suisse, and Associate, Capital Markets at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.

Along with her legal background, Green has experience in supervisory roles, having worked as a Supervisor at Vanguard and as an Analyst in the Acceleration Into Management (AIM) program at Vanguard.
