Drew Ritger is an experienced senior executive with a robust background in supply chain, purchasing, real estate procurement, strategic market planning, development, finance, and sales. He has worked in a public company during a time of high growth, managing various departments and disciplines, and accountable for profit and loss (P&L) performance of operating groups. His achievements in creating significant shareholder value by implementing growth strategies within the company make him a reliable and successful franchise executive. Throughout his career, he has managed annual spending exceeding $1.0 billion, and improved operating cash flow for the business in excess of 400 basis points annually, creating over $100 million in incremental cash flow. Drew has also served as a board member for various organizations such as the Oregon Grain & Food Association and the MS Society of Oklahoma. His career objective is to become a chief executive or chief operating officer of a company or business equivalent of a large corporation with annual sales of $1-10 billion in the foodservice, grocery, or related retail industry. Drew is a creative problem solver with fantastic public speaking skills and a strong record of building relationships at various levels. He is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma and is a member of that organization’s alumni association.
