Seemant Jauhari is a seasoned investment professional with over two decades of experience across healthcare, public services, telecom, and IT sectors. He specializes in venture investments in healthtech and possesses in-depth expertise in business development, strategy, creation, scoping, and operationalization of new businesses. Jauhari is a Partner at HealthXCapital, a Singapore-based venture firm that invests in innovative healthcare solutions with a special focus on access and affordability for growth markets.

Jauhari earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and his MBA from Indian School of Business. He also completed Executive Education at Tel Aviv University; a Certificate course from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Before joining HealthXCapital, Jauhari served as CEO of Apollo Research and Innovations and headed Innovations for Apollo Hospitals group. Prior to that, he was CEO of Apollo Hospitals Education and Research Foundation and Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Development at Nokia Siemens Networks. Jauhari also worked as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in business advisory services, and Project Leader at Tata Consultancy Services.

Jauhari has led several key mandates, including setting up a life sciences company for personalized medicine, managing investments, developing strategy for three joint ventures, spearheading a pioneering collaboration with a global medical device organization, and leading one of the largest state-sponsored foreign investment promotion programs in India.
