Karl Kronenberger is a seasoned litigator and former general counsel with expertise in Internet law, media, and technology. He has tried over 20 jury trials and handles complex Internet disputes such as trademark/copyright infringement, spam litigation defense, defamation/false advertising, cybersquatting, FTC lawsuits, website agreements, and privacy disputes. Additionally, he has handled intellectual property issues, licensing/distribution agreements, domain name disputes, and various transactions and business disputes. He is both aggressive and creative in solving problems, while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Karl Kronenberger is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He practiced as a prosecutor and Army JAG Corps officer before becoming a partner at Kronenberger Rosenfeld, LLP. He is licensed to practice in California, New York, Georgia, Ohio, and before the District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, District Court for the Southern District of New York, District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
