Danica Koestner, a highly educated and experienced educator, has dedicated her career to helping children and young adults succeed. With a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona, Danica brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her work.
Danica has served as a Teaching Faculty member at West-MEC - Shadow Mountain High School and previously taught as a Special Education Teacher at Creighton School District. She has also worked as a 6th-grade teacher at EMPOWER COLLEGE PREP, as an Executive Administrative Assistant at BETHANY BIBLE CHURCH, and as a Youth Leadership Team Coordinator for Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona.
In addition to her extensive teaching experience, Danica has worked as a Resource Family Specialist at Arizonas Children Association, as an LAUSD Corps Member at City Year Los Angeles, as a Desk Manager at University of Arizona Housing & Residential Life, and as a Resident Assistant with the same organization.
With her years of experience in a variety of educational and support roles, Danica brings a diverse and valuable perspective to her work. She is a dedicated and compassionate educator who is committed to helping each and every student reach their full potential.
