Simon Murphy has recently joined Howes Percival, a law firm in Cambridge, as a Property Litigation Partner. Simon and 13 of his colleagues from Taylor Vinters transferred to Howes Percival where he will bring his expertise in property management, planning, construction, and disputes resolution. Previously, he managed a team of lawyers based in London and Cambridge as the Head of Commercial Real Estate at Taylor Vinters. Simon also led a team of property disputes lawyers at a merged law firm that later became part of Weightmans in Manchester.

Simon has worked with various clients over the years, including National Food Retailers, Breweries, Banks, Renewable Energy Clients, Cambridge Colleges, Developers, Rural Estates, and High Net Worth individuals, and Trusts. He studied Modern History with Law at Queen Mary, University of London, and is an Associate of the British Board of Agrément and a member of RICS.
