Natalie Ledbetter is a highly accomplished Operating Partner with extensive experience in people operations and talent management across several organizations in various industries. Natalie began her professional career as an Event Producer at Marcus Evans before serving as the Assistant Marketing Director at T&L Distributing. She then transitioned to journalism, earning her Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin. Following her academic pursuits, she worked as an Intern (writer) at Time Out New York before holding several account executive positions, including Cyrus Knits, Southpole, and Galileo Global Advisors.
