Kristin Lee Richardson is an accomplished professional with a drive to make a positive impact in the mental health community. She holds a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina-Columbia. From her in-depth experience working in several professional settings, including Campaign to Change Direction/Give an Hour, she has gained expertise in programmatic development, operational efficiency, outreach, and engagement. Kristin was notably recognized by the former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, for her contribution to the Campaign to Change Direction national launch.
Kristin’s professional experience is extensive, having previously served as US Partner at VESTIRSI, Partner at Focus Recruitment and Staffing Solutions, Executive Assistant to the President/Founder at Campaign to Change Direction/Give an Hour, Senior Analyst at National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and as an Intern at the Cold Case Unit at Montgomery County Police Department.
