Rachael Grygorcewicz is a seasoned operations specialist based in NYC. With over 18 years of experience in the non-profit space, Rachael has spent 12 years at the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, where she serves as the VP of Visitor Operations. At the Museum, she is responsible for managing all aspects of the visitor experience, including admissions, building facilities, special events, customer service, operations, and group and individual sales. Moreover, she chairs the Operations Committee and is a part of the Museum's Senior Management Team. Rachael's contribution to the NYC Museum Reopening Taskforce is noteworthy, where senior leaders from over twenty-five of New York's museums have developed common guidelines to promote a safe reopening for staff and visitors during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Apart from her work at the Tenement Museum, Rachael has worked at several other organizations, including the 9/11 Tribute Center and the New-York Historical Society. Rachael's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Political Science from Fordham University and an MPA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the City University of New York-Baruch College, where she served as President of Phi Alpha Alpha Honor Society.

Rachael is an avid runner and has completed the New York City Marathon twice, visible around Brooklyn early in the mornings and on weekends.
