Kurt Heiar is a highly accomplished and experienced business instructor, entrepreneur, and leader with a strong background in the biosciences industry. He holds a degree from the University of Iowa and has served as Director of Statewide Venture Schools at the University of Iowa, Chairman and CEO of Immortagen, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Iowa State University. With extensive experience in marketing and strategic planning, Kurt has served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning at the North American Biosciences Group of Baxter International and Director of Business Development of Immunology and Oncology at Baxter International. He has also been an International Entrepreneurial Leader and Speaker at Thi Ui, a Business Instructor and Entrepreneur at The Hellenic Initiative, and a Faculty Instructor in Business and Entrepreneurship at the User Interface College of Business.
