Kurt Modarelli is a highly experienced finance professional with over 23 years' worth of experience. Through his extensive career, he has worked with some of the world's largest clients at premier firms, trading and selling virtually every product available. He has extensive experience in venture capital, with a focus on China, and global fixed income underwriting, trading, and sales.

Modarelli studied English Lit./Economics/German at Vanderbilt University and later earned his Executive MBA in Finance at the A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University. In addition, he completed the American Express International Bank Executive Training Program and was one of eight people worldwide to graduate from the Bear Stearns institutional Fixed Income Training Program.

Some of Modarelli's notable positions include President and Co-Founder at China Bond Co., LLC, Senior Managing Director at Advanced Equities, and Senior Vice President at FTN Financial Capital Markets. He has also worked at Cantor Fitzgerald, USBancorp Piper Jaffray, Government Perspectives, LLC, Prudential Securities, Gruntal & Company, and Bear Stearns & Company, as well as held the position of Assistant Treasurer at American Express International Bank.
