Sheree Knowles is a highly accomplished HR executive with over 30 years of experience in human resources leadership, project management, and DEI. She is the Founder and CHRO of HR Knowledge Source (HRKS), a human resources and talent management firm, and a Managing Partner with Human Capital Consulting Consortium (H3C), where she provides guidance to clients in diverse industries, such as nonprofits, government, technology, higher education, supply chain management, logistics, distribution, and professional services.

In her previous endeavors, Knowles held senior-level HR positions, including Vice President of HR for a $1B+ professional services firm. She gained experience leading centralized and matrixed teams in talent acquisition, workplace civility, DEI, learning and development, performance management, employment investigations, organizational design, HR optimization, and employee engagement.
