William Davis is a highly experienced professional with an impressive career history spanning across various industries. He currently serves as a Partner in IBM's Public Service division, championing the organization's Digital Business Strategy consulting practice. William is a results-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail, prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering top-tier solutions that enhance strategic focus, create signature user experiences, and optimize business processes.

Prior to his role at IBM, William worked as a management consultant, an independent consultant, and a writer for a daily newspaper in Chicago. He has also lent his expertise to large-city mayoral offices, automotive firms, and an employee benefits advisory group. William studied for a Master's Degree in Public Policy at Harvard University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Political Science from Northwestern University.

As an expert in Digital Reinvention, operating model transformation, user experience, design thinking, and process improvement, William has an extensive list of accomplishments to his name.
