Christopher D. Weathers, MBA, is a distinguished medical device sales executive who has spent over 15 years driving performance and consistent sales growth in the industry. With exceptional leadership skills, Weathers is experienced in creating repeatable and scalable sales processes, instilling a winning sales culture, and showcasing key metrics to optimize sales organizations.

Weathers has held several leadership positions. As the Vice President of Sales, North America at Envista Holdings Corporation, he positioned his sales team to excel while focusing on solutions that impact patient outcomes. At Johnson & Johnson, he was the Area Business Director-Medical Devices Sales when he worked in sales management. He then acted as the VP of Sales and later as the Regional Sales Director at Solta Medical, Inc. and St. Jude Medical, respectively.

Additionally, he was the National Sales Manager-East at AGA Medical, a division of St. Jude Medical, where he was in charge of sales growth and sales management.
