Erika Muraski is a highly accomplished physical therapist with a rich and diversified background in sports medicine, orthopedics, and healthcare finance. Erika graduated cum laude from Boston University, where she obtained her Master's degree in Physical Therapy while studying the rotator cuff injuries in college-age baseball players. Furthermore, Erika pursued an MBA in Healthcare Finance from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, New York, NY. She also achieved a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialty from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Over the years, Erika has worked with many prestigious institutions, including Yale Medical Center, The Hospital for Joint Diseases, and the Boston Bruins. Additionally, she has extensive experience in sports rehabilitation, pediatrics, chronic pain, and neuromuscular rehabilitation. After completing her MBA, Erika transitioned into directorship and went on to launch a partnership practice incorporating four facilities in total. She eventually launched her practice and recently partnered with SET Sports Physical Therapy, in Washington, DC.
Erika specializes in sports medicine, orthopedics, and manual physical therapy. Her background as a competitive figure skater equips her with a unique comprehension of training methods, disciplines, injuries, and recovery times associated with repetitive and intense workout schedules for both professional and amateur athletes. Erika is also proficient in the new Class IV laser therapy treatment.
