Mengyi “Jason” Ye is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Jason is now a Partner and Co-Chair of the Asia Practice at Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, where he previously held the position of Of Counsel. Prior to his work with Ortoli Rosenstadt, Jason acted as a Corporate and Securities Associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP and Szaferman Lakind Blumstein & Blader, PC.
