Juan Castro

Juan Castro is a seasoned Managing Attorney with a strong background in various areas of law, specializing in Immigration Law, Appellate Law, Legal Writing, and Corporate Law.

Having graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law with a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, he is licensed to practice in the Texas Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He is a distinguished member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and owns Castro Law, PLLC where he serves as an Immigration Attorney, having previously worked as a Managing Attorney at Peek Toland & Castañeda PLLC.

Juan Castro has extensive experience representing clients in immigration deportation hearings across the United States and at USCIS offices, handling a wide range of immigration cases including Family Based Immigration, Citizenship applications, Adjustments of Status, Consular Processing, and more.

His expertise also extends to handling cases related to Criminal + Immigration, Worker Visas, ICE Bonds, and matters before the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Prior to establishing Castro Law, PLLC, he held prominent roles at various organizations such as San Antonio Region Justice for Our Neighbors, The Castro Law Firm, City of Natalia Municipal Court, Catholic Charities, and Shumway Van, showcasing his versatility in the legal field.

With a background in Finance and International Business from LeTourneau University, Juan Castro brings a well-rounded approach to legal practice, complemented by his strong skills in Legal Document Preparation, Pleadings, and Litigation.
