Winston Bonnheim is an experienced talent acquisition and recruiting professional with a diverse background spanning across various industries. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts and Global Studies at the University of Washington. Winston has held various positions within organizations such as Deepgram, NEXT Trucking, Fleet Logistics, SureID Inc., and YP. Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR assistance, and strategic development. Prior to his work in the private sector, Winston served as a Field Organizer for Citizens for Eric Oemig Campaign, a Seaman and Yeoman in the US Coast Guard, and a Case Manager at David Farabee's Office. Additionally, he has volunteered as the Director of the Marketing for the River Bend Nature Center and as a Career Peer Advisor at the UW Bothell Career Center.
