Jeffrey Mihalek is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. He currently leads the finance operations of Evolution Capital Partners, a micro-buyout fund investing nationwide in profitable small businesses. Jeff specializes in financial governance, regulatory compliance, and EBITDA analysis and reporting. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Chicago. Prior to Evolution, Jeff held senior positions at prominent investment firms including RMS Investment Group, Private Advisors, Cuyahoga Capital Partners LLC, and Key Principal Partners. He is also a member of multiple professional and community organizations.
