Christopher J. Williams is a passionate educator, coach, and storyteller originally from Puerto Rico. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Critical Race Studies and Education from Hampshire College. Throughout his career, Christopher has worked with students and families from similar backgrounds, providing energy, creativity, and expertise to his teaching and coaching roles.
Christopher has worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions and Outreach Coordinator at the Urban School of San Francisco, where he supports students and families in navigating the admissions process. He has also served as a facilitator for The Remix: Cultural Consulting Collective, where he led workshops on cultural competency.
In addition, Christopher has worked as a Regional Producer for The Moth, producing live storytelling events. He has also served as a substitute teacher at MetWest High School, a co-site director at Aim High, an E2 facilitator at BUILD, a JV Boys Basketball Coach at Drew School, and more.
With a deep commitment to learning and growth, Christopher is always working to improve his craft as an educator and storyteller. When he's not working, he enjoys singing and performing, and he's been told he has a talent for karaoke.
