Lydia Garcia is a senior-certified HR professional with extensive experience in the field. She is the Human Resources Director at Portland-based Elephants Delicatessen, where she facilitates innovation in organizational cultures and promotes diversity and inclusion. Lydia firmly believes in the servant leadership philosophy, striving to do more, not less, as a leader.

With a triple major in Advertising, HR Management, and Marketing from Portland State University, Lydia has worked in various HR roles, including Training and Compliance Manager, HR Manager, and Compensation and Benefits Manager, at Elephants Delicatessen.
