Pacita has held various positions in non-profit organizations throughout her career, starting as a Coordinator at Spartan Remix and working her way up to her current position as a Senior Programs Manager at Harness, a non-profit organization that aims to create a more equitable future. She was previously a Cultural Strategies Manager at Power California and a Digital Organizer at Oakland Rising & Bay Rising. Pacita's diverse background provides a unique perspective on designing and executing forward-thinking strategies for social movements.
