Hospitality industry leader Jacob Halverson is motivated by providing exceptional service and positively impacting his guests' experiences. Halverson has had a career relatively quickly in hospitality, gaining competency in areas such as revenue management, sales, HR, operational standards, employee wellness, customer experience, and food and beverage operations. He has also managed to open new hotel properties with unique lodging mixes and coach and mentor others in creating memorable and unique guest experiences. A former General Manager at Thatcher Hotel, Hallmark Inns and Resorts, and The Society Hotel, Portland, OR, Halverson currently working as a General Manager at Mendocino Grove, California. He studied coursework toward a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality Administration/Management at Lakeland University.
