Beth Cicchetti brings over 25 years of experience in economic, community and workforce development in multiple industries, including defense, healthcare, information technology, transportation and logistics, and advanced manufacturing. She is a Floridian since 1986 and has a High School Diploma from Southwood High School, a BS in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and a MS in Engineering Systems Analysis from the University of Central Florida.
Beth is the founder and principal of Beth Kirkland Consulting, LLC, which offers economic development consulting and management services to communities and professional associations. The firm also supports commercial and industrial business development and workforce training for civil and architectural professional services firms. Previously, Beth served as Executive Director, Director of Business Retention & Expansion, and Director of Partnership Development at the Economic Development Council of Tallahassee/Leon County, Inc.
Before her work in economic development, Beth has worked as Business Developer at Infinity Software Development, Inc., Self-Employed Business Consultant & Software Developer at FASBAC Enterprises, Inc., and Systems Analyst at Lockheed Martin (formerly Martin Marietta).
